What is food intolerance?

Some food intolerances are caused by an enzyme deficiency or chemical sensitivity. Others are associated with an immune response related to food specific antibodies. Cal IGG antibodies . If these antibodies persist then over time they can react with certain food proteins and can cause unpleasant symptoms.

The Test and Sample Requirements

A simple pin prick blood sample collected into a small glass tube is all that’s required after a small consultation at our clinic. The results are given to the patient as a future appointment along with some helpful information on diet when avoiding the offending foods.
